Chris Slade left EMI Records in early 2007 to set up Alchemy Radio with Matt Learmouth from Alchemy PR. The aim of the company is simple – we take on music we believe in, and explore every avenue available to get that music considered at national radio. In addition to working established artists for both independent and major labels, we specialise in taking on unsigned bands and helping build their profile to put them into a strong postion to be signed.  Our “Unsigned Class of 2009” have all been successfully signed in 2010:Stornoway (4AD), Monarchy (Mercury), Peggy Sue (Wichita) and Penguin Prison (Wall of Sound/Atmospheriques).
